The Makeba brand exists from the intention of creating a harmonious and multicultural environment for our guests, offering a distinct experience at every meeting. We want to be recognized as a brand that offers a diversity of services always based on the quality and harmony that characterize us. The name is inspired by Miriam Makeba, also called Mother Africa by Nelson Mandela:

“She was the first South African lady of song and deserved her nickname of Mother Africa. She was the mother of our struggle and our young nation.”

She fought against apartheid, a great activist for human rights, and many other humanitarian actions that support our slogan WE ARE ALL ONE and the logo, the star of uniqueness with 8 points which for us represents the 8 continents. This is where the idea of ​​multiculturalism is born, which we support through the diversity of nationalities we collaborate with, through the diversified menu, the benefits made available during the 16 hours of daily activity and the multitude of events we host.

We are guided by the Makeba spirit and not by African culture. Makeba is the place where you come as a customer, you are treated as a guest, you are offered an experience and you leave as a friend.
